TAILOR-MADE SERVICES
The assistance I will give you takes place at each stage of the purchase and relates to the tailor-made services you deserve.
Before buying, you will have at your disposal my guidance as to location, price, the features of the property, its general condition, my appraisal of the costs of any works (if necessary), a careful reading and report to you regarding all the paper-work involved when you buy a property such as co-ownership regulation,
general assembly reports that predict the future expenses of the building ensuring you are aware of future commitments and the compulsory diagnostics file… I will also help you througout the negotiation of the price. Our goal, together, is to obtain you the most beautiful apartment, house or store, within your budget. Of course the negotiation of the price will depend on the supply and the demand in the market. I will aslo help you in the writing of the LOI.
I will also assist during the purchasing process if you will need to revisit the property to take some measurements, or meet the workers… On request, I will make some proposals to maximize the layout of the property and will glaldy introduce you to architects or interior designers who I trust and who all share the same standards and values as myself.
After the purchase, and on request, I can take care of the different subscriptions (water, electricity, gas, internet …) and insurance contracts on your behalf ; be in charge of the planning of your move ; take the furniture deliveries ; be in attendance to the general assemblies…
