Born in Paris 8th district, Dorothee Mare has a law degree and has been in the real estate business since 2000. At the beginning, the occupation of real estate broker is just a summer job; it quickly becomes a real vocation. She loves people, she likes stone, she will get these two worlds closer.

From her father Daniel Mare, a well-known tailor, she inherits a special taste for the “made to measure”. Her ultra-customized assistance on long-term bases combined to a thorough knowledge of the Parisian market as well as her legal skills enable her clients to consider and live their real estate project as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Buying or selling a property is an important deed, it is thus fundamental to her that each step of the process must be perfectly understood by her clients. That is why she will explain each step of the purchasing and selling process, helping with the financial and legal aspects of the sale and the purchase, always offering them a complete services package, prior, during and after the agreement in order to make the deal on their real estate in Paris and France unfazed, clear and easy.

Dorothée does not like the term of “real estate broker” : “actually it does not suit with the multidisciplinary angle of my occupation: I am a real estate advisor but also mortgage broker, legal advisor, psychologist, interior designer, touristic guide and sometimes even removal woman!”.

Given that she has worked with a multitude of buyers and sellers from different countries, she has developed an acute sense of listening, empathy, confidence, advice, privacy and loyalty. The specific relationship that takes hold with her clients is most of the time a very strong link, and she does her best to be memorable and make her clients’ dreams come true.

Since 2013, Dorothee Mare has been working for herself, in association with her partner Olivier Noiran and numerous real estate players sharing her full-service policy, and always in close relationship with the International realtors network she started to build two decades ago.
