Rates for selling a property (payable by the buyer):
- selling price above 2 000 000€: 3% including VAT
- selling price between 1 000 000€ and 2 000 000€: 4% including VAT
- selling price between 150 000€ and 1 000 000€: 5% including VAT
- selling price up to 150 000€: 10% including VAT
Rates for searching a property , flat hunting:
- purchase price above 3 000 000€: 2% VAT included
- purchase price between 1 000 000€ et 3 000 000€: 2.5% VAT included
- purchase price up to 1 000 000€: 3% VAT included
Fees for holding the rent(setting up the file, looking for the tenant,visits and drafting of the deeds):
-payable by the lessor:10% including VAT of the yearly rent excluding chages
-payable by the lessee:12€/sq-m including VAT in very strained zone, 10€/sq-m including VAT in strained zone and 8€/sq-m including VAT for the rest of the area
Fees for searching a property to let:
One month of rent excluding charges
Fees for inventory of fixtures (any kind of lease):
- payable by the owner lessor: 3€/sq-m including VAT
- payable by the lessee: 3€/sq-m including VAT
Fees for holding the rent in case of AirBnb letting (arrival, checkout and cleaning after departure:
- 120€ including VAT for studio and 1-bedroom apartments
- 150€ including VAT for a 2-bedroom flat
- 200€ including VAT for a 3-bedroom property
- 250€ for 4 and 5-bedroom properties
- on estimate for apartments and houses providing more than 6 main rooms
Rate for valuation:
300€ including VAT
Fees for attending yearly general assembly on your behalf:
150€ including VAT
Other services such as collect, and purchase of furniture, follow-up works, emptying of cellars, removal organization are subjects of fixed and final prices set up on estimate.
VAT applies in France at the rate of 20%
Dorothee Mare does not hold any fund on behalf of her clients and only collects from them the payment of her fees.
