Thanks to the foreign clients who called on her because they were living abroad and too far away from their Parisian base to take care of their renovation works, Dorothée began with making reports of the work’s progress. Then her business expanded to include additional services such as home staging when her clients asked her to furnish and decorate their new homes prior to the letting or their own occupancy
Whether you need to stage, decorate, refurbish one room or a whole house, Dorothée and her dream team offers extensive services such as staging consultations, furniture selection, paint color, artwork and fabric choices, furniture selections, space planning and shopping services.
Her service covers every aspect of a property refurbishment project :, from replacing tired carpets and outdated curtains, handling minor things that must be repaired to designing and updating a bathroom or the kitchen. She proposes you as much or as little as you need. Dorothée collaborates with local workers,artisans, art galleries as well as renowned interor designers to create exclusive home decor pieces
For the more budget conscious, she redesigns a room using much of what you already own in new and creative ways, giving your home a fresh new look.
Whether it is about home staging, interior decorating, art consultations and custom decor , Dorothée Mare proposes her assistance to home owners, realtors, builders and businesses. Her next plan is to be able to offer services for vacant and model homes in the near future.

2) FLAT HUNTING
For people who do not have time to search, or to visit, Dorothée Mare suggests her flat hunting service.
She proposes a sole contract with a duration of 3 months, a power of search . No fee will be required for the opening of your search file throughout the exclusivity agreement. However fees are payable should a client source a property through another agent.
After refining precisely what is required, Dorothée will be focused on sourcing your ideal candidates both through her own network and a wide range of supporting media. She will be relentless in helping you realise your dream.
Dorothée will visit on your behalf and will provide you with specific and precise reports. Once you have your heart set on a specific apartment, she will provide guidance on price in order to remain within your budget and help you to carefully analyse all the paperwork involved (general assembly reports , condominium expenses statements, diagnostics analysis…), she will assist you with the signature of the preliminary contract and through each step of the purchasing process and post purchase : helping you to subscribe electricity, gaz supplies, multi-risk insurance policy…
Her fees are 3% gross of the final selling price that will be payable the day of the closing ie when the title of deed will be signed in front of the notary.
