On the contrary, a sole power of sale promotes uniqueness and this is precisely what buyers look for ; ensuring the sale process is focused on highlighting the property’s exceptional character by controlling every step of the marketing and promotional process. Before the sale,  giving you counsel  in anticipation of the sale and preparation of the sale : potential home-staging, compiling the necessary paper-work, scheduling apointments with the diagnostics company…

During the sale : once I will have found you the right purchaser , I will follow-up your file with the notarys , will schedule an apointment with sworn translators  and Public notarys if a power of attorney is used ; I will also remain at your purchaser’s disposal and will deal with her/his needs to visit the property again, make measurements, meet workers…

After the sale, as part of my tailor-made services, I can organize your move, clearing your apartment and its annexes, redirecting your furniture somewhere else, while also terminating, on your behalf,  your various subscriptions.
